HSC LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEED OFFICIAL RULES & RESTRICTIONS

• Lowest Price Guaranteed applies only to identical storage spaces and configurations at comparable storage facilities between Newbury Park and Calabasas*. This includes:
• Size of room
• Location of room: Upstairs/Downstairs and Inside/Outside
• Special features of room: Climate control, light, shelves, etc.
• *Comparable storage facilities between Newbury Park and Calabasas are listed on our Competitive Pricing Sheets. Any facilities not on the list are not considered comparable or are too far outside our geographic area. This program applies only to comparable direct competitors and does not apply to any storage space sublet by individuals.
• The program or offer at a qualified competitive facility must be comparable in terms and restrictions to the HSC rental. For example, if the competitor’s price is based on an annual contract and customer moved-in under a monthly rental agreement, the offer does not apply.
• HSC’s current Move-In Special is available in addition to the price match, but promotions, special offers or move-in incentives offered by competitors will not be matched or negotiated as part of the HSC rental.
• The qualified competitor that HSC is price matching must have the identical space available at the time of rental.
• If a price match is requested before renting with us, customer must provide the competitor's website address showing the offer or bring in a commercially-printed advertisement or coupon that is valid by the competitor in the same time period as the rental. If the customer was offered a lower price by phone only, HSC will call the competitor to verify the availability of the price when customer is in our facility. If we are able to independently verify the price (and other requirements), we will match it if customer rents with us that day.
• The Lowest Price Guaranteed does not apply to rental rates for current customers, nor does it apply to transfers within our facility.
• The Lowest Price Guaranteed is a final offer and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts offered by Hollywood Storage Center.
• The Lowest Price Guaranteed is subject to change at any time.
