Temporary Changes at Hollywood Storage Due to COVID-19

In these unprecedented times, your health and safety and the wellbeing of our employees is of utmost importance to us.

As a locally-owned and operated business, we feel it is our social responsibility to limit the services we’re able to provide at this time in order to help disrupt the spread of COVID-19.

This is both financially and emotionally difficult for us – we’ve had to make the very tough choice to reduce our staff to a minimum. These are the smiling and helpful faces we know you love seeing here at Hollywood Storage Center. We’ve committed to maintaining their health insurance coverage for as long as possible, and there’s nothing we want more than to welcome everyone back when it is safe to return to our full-service operation.

In the meantime, here is what you can expect from us:

FOR OUR EXISTING STORAGE GUESTS:

  • Property Access Hours Remain the Same: 8 am to 6:30 pm, 7 days a week
  • For Emergency Access to your Safe Deposit Box, please call for an appointment at (805) 500-4542 and Press 2.
  • While on-site, please adhere to social distancing and cleanliness practices as recommended by the CDC.
  • Due to COVID-19, our awesome, friendly Clean Team® must avoid person-to-person contact but will continue to clean and sanitize doors, walls, and floors throughout the property.
  • You can access your account details by clicking “My Login” on the right side of the navigation.

IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO RENT A STORAGE UNIT:

  • We apologize, but rentals will be handled electronically to avoid unnecessary person-to-person contact.
  • We still offer the Lowest Price-Guaranteed in the Conejo Valley and your First Month Free. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the Free Truck & Driver Service or Penske Truck Rental due to COVID-19.
