"This storage facility was always clean, always nice and cool inside and easy to get in and out. They have a very nice staff working there as well. We used this storage for 12 years and couldn't be happier. The price was reasonable as well compared to other units in the area. Totally recommend!"

"I don't hand out 5 stars all the time, but today is the day. I reserved a unit through a referral service (sparefoot) and happened upon HSCTO. They were so kind over the phone before I could arrive, and they even went to measure the storage unit in person to make sure my desk would fit. When I got there, staff drove me up to my unit and let me see it in person. The facilities were immaculate and there were plenty of pallet style dollies around to move my stuff. I ended up upgrading to a larger unit with no difficulty and when I realized my lock wouldn't fit their doors, an employee walked one up to the third floor for me so I wouldn't have to leave my unit unlocked! I've lived in LA for many years, and I don't come across this give 120% type of service very often. It's refreshing and I know now that if I ever have to store anything, it's worth the drive to leave it with this company."

"Rented a unit here for 4 years and truly appreciated the cleanliness and security. Sandy, Lindsey,Bobby,Jeremy,Gary and Lisa in post office all gave me the home away from home feeling and took care of my every need. A life change forced me to move out however would highly recommend this place to any and all looking for reasonable rates and a professional place to store your valuables and well kept moving trucks as well. Also the complimentary popcorn out front is as good as it gets. This place is as well as good as it gets in the Storage facility world."
