All storage solutions at our facility are secure, but the Vault has additional security features.
Here’s what to expect when you store at the Vault:
- We limit access to Vault units to our main office hours, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
- You or an authorized user, must present a photo I.D. for entry.
- We personally escort all guests to their storage unit and record their entry and exit times.
- Vault units require two keys to open. You keep one key and our storage team will have the other.
- The Vault is under 24/7 recorded surveillance.

You can find our storage facility in the city of Thousand Oaks, CA on Old Conejo Road. Our convenient location is just half a mile off the 101 freeway at the Wendy Drive exit.
